In respect of HR:
- we keep employee records as required by regulations of law in force
- we keep track of the deadlines for periodic medical check-ups and work health and safety trainings
- we register/de-register/report changes to the social security documentation
- we monitor employees’ absences on a daily basis, we determine holiday entitlements and number of holiday days to be used
- we draw up required documentation related to establishing and terminating employment relationship, we draft civil law contracts.
We also calculate work time and help in creating work schedules. We assist in the procedure of employing foreigners.
Payroll services include i.a.:
- calculating payrolls including variable components, social security benefits
- settling salaries in foreign currencies
- calculating public law levies related to salaries
- drawing up social security declarations, declarations for the State Fund for Rehabilitation of the Disabled, statistical reports, servicing employee capital plans
- drawing up A1 applications.
We also draw up information for employees, we issue necessary certificates, we draw up annual income declarations.
